We are seeking a dynamic and confident Indoor Sales Executive (Female) to join our interior design team. The ideal candidate will handle in-store sales, customer consultations, and coordination between clients and the design team. She will play a key role in generating leads, converting walk-ins into sales, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to project handover.
Greet and assist walk-in clients, understand their design requirements, and present appropriate products and services.
Explain interior design concepts, materials, and pricing clearly and professionally.
Coordinate with the design and project execution teams to ensure client needs are met.
Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and maintain regular communication with potential clients.
Maintain a well-organized client database and sales records.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional events within the showroom or office.
Handle inbound calls, online inquiries, and social media leads professionally.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
Experience: 0.6–1years of experience in sales (preferably in interior design, furniture, or home décor industry).
Gender: Female (as per company’s client interaction preference).
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of sales techniques and client handling.
Basic knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and design trends is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
