We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Franchisee Manager to lead our franchise development and support operations. This role focuses on identifying potential franchise partners, onboarding them, and ensuring smooth operations and revenue growth across all franchise centers. The ideal candidate should have a background in educational sales, franchising, and operational management in the skill development sector.
Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners in untapped territories.
Conduct business presentations, ROI analysis, and market feasibility assessments.
Manage the end-to-end franchise acquisition process – from lead generation to franchise agreement.
Guide new franchisees through infrastructure planning, branding, legal formalities, and initial setup.
Ensure each franchise center adheres to brand standards and training methodologies.
Coordinate with IT, marketing, and training teams for setup readiness.
Monitor franchisee performance monthly and implement performance improvement plans.
Ensure proper course delivery, timely fee collection, staff training, and student satisfaction.
Conduct regular audits and provide operational guidance to franchise partners.
Build long-term relationships with franchise partners.
Act as the bridge between the franchisee and central support teams.
Resolve franchisee grievances or operational challenges proactively.
Maintain MIS reports on franchise leads, conversions, performance, and ROI.
Submit periodic business updates and expansion proposals to senior management.
