 Position Overview
 We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial General Manager who can take complete 
 ownership of our restaurant operations and build the business from the ground up. The 
 ideal candidate will have experience working with a South Indian food chain, strong 
 leadership skills, and the ability to set up systems, drive profitability, and deliver 
 exceptional guest experiences.
 Key Responsibilities
 • Take full ownership of restaurant setup, operations, and profitability.
 • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence.
 • Oversee day-to-day functions including dining, kitchen, and service standards.
 • Manage vendor relationships, supply chain, and procurement efficiently.
 • Maintain top-notch food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
 • Plan budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.
 • Execute marketing and promotional initiatives to build brand visibility.
 • Establish effective systems, processes, and culture to enable scalability.
 Qualifications & Experience
 • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field (preferred).
 • 12–18 years of proven experience in chain of restaurant management, experience in 
 south Indian food chain will be an added advantage.
 • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to treat the business as their own.
 • Strong vendor management and supply chain expertise.
 • Financial acumen and hands-on approach to operations and problem-solving.
 • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
 • Experience of greenfield restaurant chain management.
