We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential clients/customers, and closing sales in assigned territories. This role is target-driven and requires strong interpersonal skills, a good understanding of the product, and a willingness to travel extensively.
Visit potential and existing customers to promote and sell products/services
Identify sales opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and market research
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
Provide product demonstrations and answer customer queries
Gather market intelligence and competitor activity reports
Coordinate with internal teams (sales support, logistics, etc.) for smooth order processing
Prepare daily/weekly visit reports and maintain customer records
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and exhibitions as required
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
Proven field sales experience is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Familiarity with the assigned territory and local market conditions
Willingness to travel daily within the assigned region
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and reporting
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license
Experience in [industry, e.g., FMCG, telecom, B2B, medical sales]
Local language proficiency (along with English/Hindi)
