We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to expand our market presence for TOTAL Mobile Batteries. The role involves visiting distributors, retailers, and mobile accessory shops to generate leads, build strong relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Identify and visit mobile accessory shops, distributors, and dealers in assigned areas.
Promote and sell TOTAL Mobile Batteries to new and existing retailers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and expand dealer network.
Maintain and develop strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
Collect and report market feedback, competitor pricing, and new product trends.
Ensure proper display, branding, and visibility of TOTAL products in the market.
Coordinate with the internal team for stock, delivery, and payment follow-ups.
Conduct product demos and promotional activities as needed.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales (preferably in mobile accessories, batteries, or FMCG).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of local mobile markets and dealer networks.
Must have two-wheeler and valid driving license.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and good at relationship management.
Graduate / Diploma (any stream).
MBA or Sales certification preferred (not mandatory).
