Key Responsibilities:
Meet and pitch the ShinePoints software to retail store owners within your assigned city or area.
Achieve the revenue target of twice your monthly salary; exceed targets to earn higher incentives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships.
Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.
Work independently in the field while maintaining remote communication with the manager.
Work Mode & Timings:
Location: Any area within your assigned city
Work Mode: Field work (no daily office attendance required)
Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days per week)
Process: One-month probation period followed by full-time employment
A Day in the Life of a Field Executive:
Present the ShinePoints brochure and pitch the software to various types of retail stores (grocery, medical, fashion, electronics, etc.).
Visit 10–15 stores per day in your assigned area.
Spend approximately 5–10 minutes explaining the benefits to the shop owner and 2 minutes onboarding them for the free trial.
Create a login instantly using your mobile/tablet to activate the one-month free offer.
Request referrals from satisfied clients to expand the network and close more deals.
Meet the target of 50 store tie-ups per month to qualify for performance-based incentives.
Submit daily reports via mobile—no office visit required.
