We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Kamareddy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence in the assigned territory.
Visit dealers, distributors, and retailers regularly to promote company products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy business relationships.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand competitor activities.
Maintain proper sales records and submit daily activity reports.
Coordinate with the marketing and logistics teams for smooth product delivery and promotional activities.
Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred).
1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG, Manufacturing, or Distribution sector.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage field activities efficiently.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, etc.).
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
As per industry standards (based on experience and performance).
Target-driven and result-oriented.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and proactive.
