We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products directly to customers, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires good communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work independently in the field.
Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell products.
Conduct field visits, demonstrations, and presentations to prospective clients.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a strong knowledge of product features, benefits, and pricing.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Report daily sales activities and outcomes to the sales manager.
Participate in promotional events and activities to generate leads.
Collect customer feedback and share it with the product and marketing teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1–2 years of experience in field sales or product selling.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).
