Job Title: Field Sales B2B Executive

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven male Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving offline sales by targeting retailers, wholesalers, showrooms, various OEMs, interior designers, architects, builders, aluminum fabrication sellers, and other firms consuming fasteners. If you are passionate about sales and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets, we want to hear from you.

Our headquarters and factory are located in Rajkot. We are currently hiring for our Head Office and Surat branch office. Office timings are from 8:30 AM to 7 PM.

Commitment: - Candidate must commit to a minimum of 2 years with the company (agreement will be done).

This is On-site Full-time Job only, Work from home, Part Time not available.

Salary - 8k to 20k+Target Linked Incentives, based on qualifications, experience, interview performance, and the level of training or supervision required. (No upper limit for exceptionally qualified candidates.)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Generation:

- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target retailers, wholesalers, showrooms, OEMs, interior designers, architects, builders, aluminum fabrication sellers, and other relevant firms.

- Identify potential customers and establish relationships to generate new business opportunities.

- Conduct cold calls, visits, and presentations to pitch our fastener products and services.

- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

- Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

3. Market Research and Analysis:

- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and market segments.

- Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer needs, market trends, and competitor strategies.

4. Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software or other designated tools.

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends for management review.

5. Vehicle Requirement:

- Own vehicle and Driving Licence preferred for travel within the designated sales territory.

- Cost of vehicle usage reimbursed as per company policy.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred, Min HSC.

- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the fasteners or related industry.

- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the designated sales territory.
