Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with defaulters and negotiate repayment plans if necessary.

• Maintain proper records of collections and submit daily reports.

• Ensure timely recovery as per company targets and guidelines.

• Coordinate with the backend team for updated customer data.

• Handle customer queries regarding payments in a professional manner.

• Follow company safety and operational protocols during field visits.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of mobile apps and digital payment systems.

• Ability to meet daily targets and work under pressure.

• Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 10th/12th Pass or Graduate.

• Experience: Minimum 6 months in field collections or any field-related role is mandatory.

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
