1. Sales & Business Development

• Identify potential clients across corporate, events, exhibitions, and marketing agencies.

• Generate leads through calls, networking, social media, and in-person meetings.

• Pitch event, exhibition, and corporate engagement services to clients.

• Prepare and share proposals, presentations, and quotations.

• Support senior team members in closing deals.

2. Client Relationship Management

• Understand client requirements and event objectives.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and support them during pre-event planning.

• Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and maintain communication records.

3. Event Coordination Support

• Assist in planning and organizing corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows.

• Coordinate with vendors, production teams, and internal departments.

4. Reporting & Admin

• Maintain daily sales reports, lead trackers, and CRM updates.
