Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Blinkit Process (Chat + Voice)

Males: Rotational (24x7)
Females: Day Rotational (up to 8 PM)
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for Blinkit's chat and voice process. The role involves managing customer queries related to orders, deliveries, and app support through real-time chat (70%) and voice calls (30%). Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a customer-centric approach.
Handle customer queries via chat and voice with professionalism and clarity
Provide accurate information, escalate issues where required, and ensure resolution
Manage multiple chats while maintaining response quality and speed
Follow company protocols and adhere to service-level agreements
Maintain thorough knowledge of Blinkit’s products, policies, and tools
Undergraduate or Graduate
Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
Minimum typing speed of 30–35 WPM with high accuracy
Excellent spoken and written English communication
Prior B2C chat support experience is a strong advantage
Versant Level 5 or 6 (will be tested during the selection process)
Freshers: ₹28,000 CTC | ₹24,250 In-hand
Experienced: ₹32,500 CTC | ₹28,750 In-hand
15 days paid training with ₹1,000/day stipend
Night shift allowance applicable as per policy
