Job Description:

We are hiring Education Counselors to join our Inside Sales and Marketing team. You will speak to students, guide them about courses, and help them choose the right path. Your goal is to convert leads into admissions through phone calls and follow-ups.

Responsibilities:

• Call and counsel students about available courses

• Understand their interests and suggest suitable programs

• Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email

• Maintain student records in CRM

• Achieve daily/weekly enrollment targets

• Support in basic marketing activities

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English)

• Positive attitude and interest in sales

• Basic computer knowledge

• Graduate or pursuing graduation
