💼 About the Role
InstaConnects is hiring Education & Career Counselors for UpGrad, India’s fastest-growing EdTech platform. This role is an exciting opportunity for professionals who are passionate about education, career guidance, and helping students & working professionals achieve their dreams.

As a counselor, you will act as a trusted guide for learners exploring upskilling programs, management degrees, data science, technology, and professional certifications. Your role will involve understanding their career aspirations, addressing their concerns, and guiding them toward the most suitable learning journey with UpGrad.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Interact with students, graduates, and working professionals to provide career guidance and suggest suitable programs.

• Counsel learners on UpGrad’s wide range of courses including MBA, Data Science, AI, Cloud Computing, Digital Marketing, Management, and Technology.

• Provide accurate information about program curriculum, university collaborations, admission requirements, fee structures, and career outcomes.

• Handle inbound & outbound calls, conduct structured counseling sessions, and follow up with potential learners.

• Convert leads into successful enrollments through effective counseling and relationship-building.

• Conduct/participate in career counseling webinars, workshops, and online sessions to engage learners.

• Collaborate with the sales and academic teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for enrolled students.

• Maintain detailed records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions while achieving monthly enrollment and revenue targets.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Graduation is mandatory (Post-Graduation/MBA/Management background preferred).

• 1–2 years of experience in EdTech, Education Counseling, BPO, Inside Sales, or Customer Service is desirable.

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written), with strong listening and convincing abilities.

• Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage both students and parents professionally.

• Tech-savvy with the ability to conduct virtual/online counseling sessions effectively.

• Result-oriented, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

• Immediate joiners will be given high preference.

🕒 Work Schedule

• Day Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• 6 Days Working (Sunday Fixed Off)
