Role & responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers via phone calls, providing information about Courses, related to Graphic Designers, Web Designers, 2D/3D Animators etc.

• Convert leads into sales and ensure smooth handover to the post-sales team.

• Manage and update customer information in our CRM or sales software.

• Collaborate with the sales manager for daily reporting and performance tracking Assist in developing and executing strategies for user acquisition and sales growth.

Preferred candidate profile

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport with clients and agents.

• 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in educational course selling or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM, Proficiency in CRM management or similar sales software relationships.
