Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves driving sales growth, building client relationships, and promoting our hydraulic products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Present and promote hydraulic products and solutions effectively
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver client-specific solutions
Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM data
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field
1–3 years of sales experience (preferably in hydraulics/engineering sector)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Ability to travel as required
