We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Amazon Specialist to manage and optimize our e-commerce presence on Amazon. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central, product listings, advertising campaigns, and sales analytics. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, marketplace knowledge, and execution skills to grow sales, improve visibility, and strengthen our brand presence on Amazon.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, images, A+ content, storefronts).
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to maximize organic search ranking and product discoverability.
Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
Monitor account health, customer feedback, and performance metrics, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies.
Analyze sales data, create reports, and provide insights to drive growth and profitability.
Manage promotions, deals, coupons, and pricing strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, operations) to ensure product availability and smooth operations.
Stay up to date with Amazon trends, tools, and best practices.
