📋 Key Responsibilities:

1. Online Sales & Portal Management

• Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions on company’s online portal and marketplaces.

• Monitor daily orders, process sales, and ensure smooth customer experience.

• Track stock levels online and coordinate with inventory team for timely updates.

• Handle customer inquiries/messages through the portal.
  

• 2. Stock Monitoring

• Regularly update stock availability on all online platforms.

• Maintain accurate stock records to avoid overselling or stock-outs.

• Coordinate with warehouse/operations team for replenishment.
  

3. Social Media Management

• Create and publish engaging posts, stories, and reels on Instagram, Facebook & YouTube.

• Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers.

• Plan & execute social media campaigns to increase brand visibility.

• Track analytics and suggest improvements for better reach & engagement.
  

4. Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare weekly sales and social media performance reports.

• Suggest ideas to improve online sales and digital presence.

• Coordinate with management for marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotion

🎯 Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate (any stream); preference for candidates with e-commerce/digital marketing knowledge.

• Basic skills in Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools for post creation.

• Familiar with online marketplaces and social media trends.

• Good communication skills (English/Hindi).

• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.

• Position: Full-time (Office-based)

• Location: Vasai

• Salary: Based on Experience + Incentives
