Key Responsibilities
1. E-commerce Account Management
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, market dynamics, and digital marketing strategies.
· Hands-on Experience of Marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Gem, E-Procurement, Shopify, Meesho, Etc.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
Plan and execute sales promotions, discount strategies, and seasonal campaigns to drive conversions.
Work closely with digital marketing teams to optimize ad spend, visibility, and conversion rates.
3. Platform Optimization & Execution
Ensure best-in-class product listings with optimized titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
Monitor and improve organic ranking, reviews, and ratings on platforms.
Coordinate with the supply chain and operations team to ensure on-time inventory fulfilment and avoid stock outs.
4. Data Analytics & Performance Reporting
Track sell-through rates, traffic, conversion metrics, and ROI for all platforms.
Conduct competitor benchmarking to stay ahead in pricing, assortment, and promotions.
Provide monthly performance reports and actionable insights to senior management.
