✨ Key Responsibilities:
Product Content Management:
Assist in the creation, editing, and optimization of product listings, including writing engaging descriptions, ensuring accurate specifications, and managing high-quality product imagery.
Conduct keyword research to ensure product listings are optimized for search engines (SEO).
Sales & Promotional Support:
Help execute seasonal sales and promotional campaigns across the website and digital channels.
Ensure all pricing and promotional codes are accurately reflected and tested on the website.
Data and Reporting:
Assist in pulling and organizing weekly/monthly sales data from platforms like Google Analytics or Excel.
Perform basic competitive analysis on pricing, product mix, and marketing strategies.
Customer Experience & Operations:
Monitor customer reviews and feedback, escalating critical issues to the relevant team.
Assist with inventory reconciliation and communicating with the warehouse/logistics team as needed.
Basic understanding of how e-commerce platforms (like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon) function is highly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to write clear, compelling, and grammatically correct copy.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when managing large sets of product data.
