Urgent Hiring: Team Leader – Customer Service (Outbound + Renewals)
Location: Delhi
Job Role:
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader - Customer Service to manage and drive performance in our outbound call center team, focusing on customer support, upselling, and renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team handling 100–150 outbound customer service calls/day
Ensure performance targets (renewals, upsell, and customer satisfaction) are met
Monitor team metrics and coach team members for improvement
Take calls occasionally to support the team during peak hours
Report daily/weekly metrics to management
Requirements:
Min. 2 years on-paper experience as Team Leader – Outbound Customer Service
Recent experience must be in customer service (not sales only)
Experience in Renewals/Upselling will be a big plus
Total experience should not exceed 5.5 years
Must be HSC pass (12th pass)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Shift & Schedule:
Day Shift
2 Rotational Offs per week
Salary & Benefits:
Up to ₹40000/month fixed (CTC up to ₹7 LPA)
Up to ₹2 LPA in variables based on team performance
