Job Description: Call Centre Executive
Location : Hyderabad
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-up on calls/leads assigned.
· Answering inbound calls /customer queries related to the OVAL Fertility services, book appointments and follow-ups for footfalls.
· Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going i.e by understanding the customer requirements and closing sales.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills with a high sales closing rate.
· Exceptional customer service skills.
· A proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone shall be strongly preferred.
Desired Candidate Profile:
· Previous experience in and outbound call center or a related sales process (Healthcare preferred). Minimum of 1 year of Tele-sales/Voice based Support experience is mandatory.
· Build a strong relationship/trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and talking the way into a sale conversion.
· Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the Hospital.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills with a high sale closing rate.
· Excellent communication skills in English & Telugu or English & Hindi.
· Day Shift Timing will be between 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM rotational shifts and will be operating 6 days a week with rotational Weekly off.
· It is a full-time work from an office job.
