Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer queries via chat, email, phone, and app
• Resolve order, payment, and return-related issues
• Guide new users through o nboarding and product features
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions
• Update and manage FAQs and help content
• Gather and manage customer feedback and reviews
Requirements:
• 0–1 years of experience in Customer or Technical Support
Strong communication in English
• Familiar with Zoho Desk or similar tools
Ability to explain software/app features clearly
Experience with SaaS or payment platforms (IS A PLUS)
• Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first mindset
