Job వివరణ

Nature of the Job We are looking for Customer Sales Specialists to introduce and sell a range of home and lifestyle products to potential customers. The product portfolio includes Water Purifiers, Water Softeners, Vacuum Cleaners, Air Purifiers, and Pet Grooming Kits. Key Responsibilities ● Contact potential customers, schedule appointments, and deliver engaging product demonstrations at customer residences. ● Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. ● Work with digital leads received through online platforms and call centres. ● Maintain a detailed understanding of the company’s products and services. ● Develop and manage a database of potential customers. ● Achieve and exceed sales targets through prospecting, referrals, and marketing campaigns.● Ensure that customers are clearly informed about product features, pricing, and benefits. ● Provide excellent post-sale customer service. ● Manage customer ID creation and order collection processes. ● Participate in BTL marketing activities such as trade shows, society engagement programs, and exhibitions. ● Stay updated on new industry developments and product innovations. Educational Qualification and Experience Required ● Qualification: HSC / ITI / Diploma / Degree ● Experience: 6 months of field sales experience preferred ● Target Industries: DTH, Telecom, BFSI, Insurance, Internet Service Providers, Tourism, etc. ● Fresher-Friendly: Freshers with the right attitude, communication skills, and passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
