Key Responsibilities:
📞 Follow up with customers and leads collected from Gift Expo.
📲 Approach and manage customers primarily via WhatsApp.
📤 Circulate product creatives and new launches regularly to potential and
existing clients on WhatsApp.
📦 Handle customer orders, queries, and requirements efficiently.
🔁 Follow up on leads, orders, and repeat needs — build long-term relations.
💡 Solve problems independently — if you don’t know something, figure it out.
✅Complete tasks by any means — smart work, hard work, or hustle.
👤 Who We're Looking For:
Ready for some field work occasionally (if required)
Energetic, proactive, and self-driven to take ownership.
Comfortable with WhatsApp marketing & handling B2B conversations.
Strong follow-up skills — knows how to keep deals warm.
Smart problem solver — doesn’t need hand-holding every time.

Full-Time (Work from Office)
🧪 Probation Clause:
This is a full-time role with an initial 1-month probation. The right person will be
confirmed after this trial, based on performance and reliability.
💰 Salary:
₹19,000 per month (fixed) during probation — full confirmation and potential incentive-based hike after 1 month, based on performance.
