We’re looking for a proactive CRM to build strong client relationships, handle inquiries, and support sales growth through effective follow-ups and feedback management.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain client relationships & handle communication (calls/emails/visits)
• Manage customer database & follow-ups
• Resolve client issues & coordinate with internal teams
• Prepare reports & suggest service improvements
Requirements:
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Sales, Marketing, or Business
• Good in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas)
• CRM knowledge; Tally experience preferred
• Strong communication & analytical skills
