JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) position who are responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients, primarily architects, interior designers, and contractors, to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of building materials, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in CRM software. The CRM professional will work to understand client needs, manage projects, and facilitate communication between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
· Client Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, including architects, interior designers, and contractors.
· Project Management:
Coordinating client projects from initial inquiry to completion, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of materials.
· Sales Support:
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, providing technical product knowledge, and assisting in closing sales deals.
· CRM System Management:
Utilizing CRM software to track client interactions, manage leads, and analyse customer data to improve engagement and retention.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Working closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience.
· Product Knowledge:
Maintaining a strong understanding of building materials, including their specifications, applications, and benefits.
· Customer Satisfaction:
Addressing client concerns and complaints promptly and efficiently, striving to exceed customer expectations.

· CRM Software Proficiency:
Familiarity with CRM systems and their functionalities.
· Industry Knowledge:
Understanding of the building materials industry, including market trends and competitor activities.
· Sales & Marketing Acumen:
Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and implement marketing campaigns.
· Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze customer data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve customer engagement and retention.

Ability to plan, organize, and manage projects effectively to ensure timely completion.

Qualification:
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business administration, communication, or customer relationship management.
3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
