Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team at Ravi Graphics a fast-growing graphic design company specializing in branding, digital assets, packaging, and marketing visuals. The CRM will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, managing project communications, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from onboarding to delivery.

This role requires a mix of account management, communication, and organizational skills, with a passion for design and visual creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication.

• Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships; understand client needs and objectives.

• Project Coordination: Work closely with the design team to ensure client requirements are accurately translated into creative briefs and delivered on time.

• Feedback Management: Gather, organize, and communicate client feedback; ensure revisions are managed effectively.

• Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns.

• Upselling & Retention: Identify opportunities to upsell design services and solutions to existing clients; support client retention initiatives.

• Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on client engagement, project status, and retention metrics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Customer Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or similar role in a creative or service-based industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively with designers, marketers, and developers.

• A proactive and problem-solving mindset.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

• Languages must know: English, Kannada & Hindi
