Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Caller to join our real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our sales agents. This is a key role in helping us grow our pipeline of buyers, sellers, and investors.
Key Responsibilities:
Make 100+ outbound calls per day to homeowners, expired listings, FSBOs (For Sale By Owners), and other lead sources.
Qualify potential clients and gather information regarding their needs and timeline.
Use scripts effectively to build rapport and overcome objections.
Input and manage leads in the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up.
Set appointments for the real estate sales team.
Follow-up persistently with leads through calls, texts, and emails.
Stay updated with market trends and real estate best practices.
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (real estate preferred).
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
Comfortable with rejection and motivated by goals.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Tech-savvy; experience using CRMs, dialers, and spreadsheets.
Fluent in English; bilingual is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working in a real estate office or with investors.
Familiarity with tools like Mojo Dialer, Follow Up Boss, or Salesforce.
Real estate license (optional but a plus).
Compensation:
Base hourly rate or commission-based (depending on experience).
Bonus structure for qualified leads and appointments.
