Job Summary: The CRM Executive will be responsible for coordinating with clients, understanding their requirements, ensuring strong follow-ups, and supporting the internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
· Understand client requirements and relay them accurately to the internal teams.
· Maintain and manage the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
· Conduct strong follow-ups with clients to ensure all tasks and deliverables are on track.
· Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely resolutions.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
· Generate and maintain reports on client interactions and project progress.
· Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices.
· Giving presentations to the clients.
· Conducting client meetings.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in any field.
· 1-3 years of experience in client coordination, CRM management, or a similar role.
· Proficiency in CRM software.
· Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
Working Days & Timings: Monday to Saturday & 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
