Job Role – Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
•Attend every walk-in customer and record their details and requirements.
•Make daily follow-up calls and WhatsApp messages to potential customers.
•Explain products and services clearly to interested leads.
•Close deals by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
•Maintain inquiry and sales data using Google Sheets or CRM software.
•Collect feedback from walk-ins to improve the store experience.
•Coordinate with the sales/design team to hand over qualified leads.
