Key Responsibilities :
Customer Care
· To interact with customers/clients and guiding them to make the right purchases.
· To ensure service after sales, and also customer satisfaction.
· To enlighten the customer of the Schemes running in the store.
· To help locate a customer in the store.
Customer Relations Management
· Maintain & Analyze database of Customers.
· Identify areas of providing customized services to the various categories of customers.
· Analyzing the feedback of the customers and working on improving the service levels.
· Obtaining and communicating information about new arrivals, designs and demands for different products/designs which are not available in the show room to the Merchandisers.
Home Deliveries
· Developing a system for operation of Home Deliveries.
· Continuously monitoring the process and improve the process for smooth operation of Home Deliveries.
Handles Customer Queries
· Handling customer complaints on telephone.
· Solving customers problems when they approach the Customer help desk.
Key Accounts Management
· Develop and maintain a good relationship with the Key Accounts and thus ensure repeat orders from them.
· Solving problems of the Key Accounts
