Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-sale.

• Assist buyers with documentation, agreement formalities, and payment schedules.

• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure timely resolutions.

• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, legal, site) to facilitate a smooth customer journey.

• Follow up on customer dues, project updates, and possession timelines.

• Maintain and update client records and feedback in the CRM system.

• Build and maintain long term relationships with clients for referrals and future business.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• 0-1 years of experience in customer handling roles (preferably in real estate or service sectors).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• Language fluency in Odia, Hindi, and English.

• Patience, empathy, and a problem-solving attitude.
