Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the CRM system.

• Develop and execute CRM campaigns to boost customer engagement and loyalty.

• Segment customer data and create personalized communication strategies.

• Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance using CRM analytics tools.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM initiatives.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the CRM platform.

• Train and support team members on CRM tools and best practices.

• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and CRM efficiency.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and retention strategies
