Greet and welcome guests and other VIP Guests at each touch point with correct salutation, in a friendly and positive attitude.
Assist customers with ticket booking, seating, and show-related queries.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with various departments (box office, F&B, housekeeping) to ensure smooth operations.
Well versed with Movie synopsis and genre.
Provide information on movie schedules, promotions, loyalty programs, and services.
Ensure cinema premises (lobby, lounges, auditoriums) are clean and well-organized.
Assist in managing VIP guests, group bookings, and special screenings.
Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
Collect and act upon customer feedback to improve service quality.
Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the brand's service standards.
