Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming reservation requests via phone and emails.
Share B2B rates with travel agents and ensure all necessary details are provided to deliver excellent service to guests.
Provide information on availability, pricing, and services to clients or guests.
Process bookings accurately in the reservation system.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, packages, and special offers.
Coordinate with Relevant departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Follow up on tentative bookings and maintain proper records of cancellations or changes.
Manage group reservations and ensure proper room blocking or service allocation.
Generate daily and weekly reservation reports as required.
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and promptly.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
