Make a minimum of 100 calls per day (outbound/inbound combined)

Maintain complete records in CRM and update call status daily
Handle customer queries, complaints, and support requests efficiently
Coordinate with sales and production team to ensure smooth order flow
Build and maintain strong relationships with school, corporate, and B2B clients

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling / customer care / telesales
Proficient in using CRM software and maintaining digital records
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, Bengali, and English
Strong persuasion, follow-up, and closing ability
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
Willingness to take ownership and meet daily targets
