We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to manage client interactions at our interior/home décor showroom. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in front-end showroom sales, preferably in furnishings, wallpapers, flooring, carpets, or home decor products.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and attend walk-in customers at the showroom
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable interior décor products
Provide product estimates and explain features
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for follow-ups
Maintain records of invoices, contracts, and client details
Ensure smooth system entry and basic back-office support
Handle day-to-day tasks as assigned by the HOD
Preferred Background:
Experience in home décor/mattress/lighting/furnishings/carpet sales
Prior work in showrooms like Bonito, Livspace, or furnishing shops preferred
Good communication skills in English and local languages
Sales-driven and customer-oriented mindset.
