Role Description
The Customer Support Specialist will handle daily customer interactions, provide support, maintain high customer satisfaction, resolve inquiries, coordinate for Supply & Demand and offer assistance.
Qualifications
Should be able to speak Kannada, English, Hindi.
Handling inbound inquiries
Customer Support skills
Interpersonal Skills and Customer Satisfaction skills
Analytical Skills to understand customer feedback and improve services
Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Experience in a customer support role is a plus
Experience in Homecare / Healthcare industry is preferred
