Position Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused CRM Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. This full-time, on-site role involves managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing comprehensive support throughout the customer journey in their real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage and nurture customer relationships with utmost care and professionalism, serving as the primary point of contact.
● Provide detailed project-specific information to customers, ensuring they are well-informed about their investments.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate smooth payment collections, loan processing, documentation, registration, and cancellation processes.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM software system.
● Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requirements professionally during calls and site visits.
● Coordinate effectively with various departments including loan, legal, registration, and payments teams to ensure seamless customer service.
● Manage company registration processes, license renewals, and facilitate business requirements for legal consultation.
● Monitor and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
● Identify and escalate sensitive issues to senior management in a timely manner.
● Actively participate in company events and provide support to team initiatives.
● Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly reports on customer relationship activities.
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
● 1+years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the real estate sector.
● Strong understanding of CRM principles and practices.
● Proficiency in CRM software systems.
