Key Responsibilities:-

In-Store Sales (Apollo Pharmacy)

∆Engage with pharmacy customers to pitch suitable credit card offerings.

∆Explain card features, eligibility, benefits, and usage.

∆Collect and verify customer documents as per KYC norms.

∆Ensure daily visibility of promotional materials and campaign branding.

Field Sales:-

∆Visit residential areas, corporate offices, local businesses, and other pharmacies to pitch credit cards.

∆Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and footfall engagement.

∆Follow up on potential leads and close sales within TAT.

Operational:-

∆Maintain accurate daily records of interactions, applications, and conversions.

∆Coordinate with internal processing teams for application approvals and customer onboarding.

∆Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory guidelines during sales and documentation.

Key Requirements:-

∆Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.

∆Experience: 6 months – 2 years in credit card or financial product sales (Fresher with good communication skills may also apply).

∆Salary : 18000 - 24000 Fixed salary + Attractive Incentives up to 20000 per month

Skills:

∆Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

∆Persuasion and negotiation skills.

∆Confidence in approaching customers directly.

∆Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

∆ Basic understanding of financial products and KYC norms.
