We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Credit Card Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling credit card products at Apollo Pharmacy outlets as well as through field sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:-

In-Store Sales (Apollo Pharmacy):-

• Engage with pharmacy customers to promote and pitch suitable credit card offerings.

• Explain card features, eligibility criteria, benefits, and usage.

• Collect and verify customer documents according to KYC norms.

• Ensure daily visibility of promotional materials and campaign branding.

Field Sales:-

• Visit residential areas, corporate offices, local businesses, and other pharmacies to pitch credit card products.

• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and footfall engagement.

• Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales.

Operational:-

• Maintain accurate daily records of customer interactions, applications, and conversions.

• Coordinate with internal processing teams for approvals and customer onboarding.

• Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory guidelines during sales and documentation.

Key Requirements:-

• Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in credit card or financial product sales (Freshers may also apply).

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 (Fixed) + Attractive incentives up to ₹20,000 per month.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Confidence in approaching customers directly.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.

• Basic understanding of financial products and KYC regulations.
