Job Description: Aviation Counselor
Location: Dwarka Sector 7, New Delhi
Work Hours: Regular, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary
Aviation Academy is looking for a motivated and professional Aviation Counselor to guide aspiring aviation students through phone consultations and in-person visits. The counselor will assist students in understanding aviation career paths, including pilot training, cabin crew, and ground staff roles, and help them select the right programs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and knowledge of the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities
Counseling via Phone and In-Person Visits

Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries about aviation careers and courses.
Conduct face-to-face counseling sessions for walk-in students and their families.
Assess the aspirations of students and recommend appropriate aviation programs.
Follow-Up and Coordination

Maintain regular follow-ups with potential students via calls or physical visits to ensure engagement.
Guide students through enrollment processes and resolve any doubts or concerns.
Promoting Aviation Programs

Explain the benefits of aviation courses and highlight career opportunities in the industry.
Motivate students to enroll in programs by providing detailed insights into their future prospects.
Administrative Support

Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, interactions, and follow-ups.
Schedule appointments and ensure a seamless counseling process.
Stay Updated on Aviation Industry Trends

Keep informed about DGCA regulations, new courses, and career opportunities in the aviation field.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (aviation-related background preferred).
Experience: 1–3 years in counseling, education consultancy, or sales (aviation experience preferred).
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Friendly, approachable, and persuasive demeanor.
Ability to handle both phone consultations and in-person counseling effectively.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
