Key Responsibilities

Administration

• Manage front desk operations: greet visitors, answer calls, handle inquiries, and maintain a welcoming environment.

• Maintain and update student records, attendance, and course-related documentation.

• Handle office correspondence, emails, and day-to-day administrative tasks.

• Coordinate with faculty, trainers, and management for smooth scheduling of classes and events.

• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the office premises.

Counseling & Student Coordination

• Counsel students and parents about various IT training courses, career paths, and enrollment procedures.

• Understand students’ requirements and guide them to choose suitable courses.

• Follow up with prospective leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.

• Provide regular updates to students regarding class schedules, assessments, and placement assistance.

• Assist in organizing career workshops, orientation programs, and student engagement activities.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Pleasing personality with a positive attitude.

• Ability to counsel and guide students effectively.

Education & Experience

• Graduation is mandatory (any discipline – BA/B.Com/BBA or equivalent).

• 1–3 years of experience in administration, counseling, or front office roles.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
