Key Responsibilities:

1. Admission Guidance: Provide prospective students with comprehensive information about academic programs, admission requirements, and campus life.

2. Application Evaluation: Evaluate applications and make recommendations for admission decisions.

3. Counselling and Support: Offer counselling and support to students and their families.

4. Representation: Represent the institute at educational fairs, schools, and recruitment events.

5. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless admissions process.

6. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and communicate with applicants about their admission status.

7. Enrolment Targets: Contribute to achieving enrolment targets while upholding ethical standards and diversity practices.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

2. Background: CBSE background preferred.

3. Experience: Minimum 1 year of total work experience, including 1 year in student counselling/admissions.

4. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.

5. Language: Proficiency in English (mandatory).

6. Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
