Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Sales Counselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students, understanding their career aspirations, explaining our courses, and converting inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries about courses.

Counsel prospective students and parents about career opportunities in Fashion, Makeup, Hair, and Beauty.

Present and explain course details, fees, and career scope confidently.

Maintain follow-up with leads to maximize admissions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.

Keep records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.

Coordinate with the trainers and management to ensure smooth student onboarding.

Requirements

Graduate / Diploma in any field (preferred: Marketing, Business, or related).

Prior experience in counseling, sales, or education industry (1–3 years preferred).

Strong communication & persuasive skills (English + Hindi).

Confident, presentable, and student-friendly approach.

Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
