Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Career Counsellor to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting our products or services, and closing sales over the phone. You should be persuasive, energetic, and ready to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products/services

• Understand customer needs and offer solutions based on company offerings

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources

• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales outcomes in CRM systems

• Handle customer objections and resolve issues professionally

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer acquisition strategies

• Provide feedback on customer trends and concerns

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in Sales, telemarketing, or a similar role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated

• Basic computer skills

• Good in English
