Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students on academic programs, career paths, and opportunities in the USA.
Understand students' goals, preferences, academic background, and financial capacity to recommend suitable universities.
Assist in the application process SOPs, LORs, resumes, and university portals.
Guide students through standardized test requirements (GRE/GMAT/TOEFL/IELTS) and timelines.
Provide end-to-end support on the visa process, including mock interviews and documentation.
Stay updated with US university admission criteria, application deadlines, and visa regulations.
Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress.
Build strong relationships with students, parents, and university representatives.
Participate in seminars, workshops, and outreach events as needed.
Working Hours Note:
This role requires flexibility to work in evening or night shifts to cater to students and stakeholders in the U.S. time zone. Candidates comfortable with late hours will be preferred.
