Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on academic programs, career paths, and opportunities in the USA.

• Understand students' goals, preferences, academic background, and financial capacity to recommend suitable universities.

• Assist in the application process SOPs, LORs, resumes, and university portals.

• Guide students through standardized test requirements (GRE/GMAT/TOEFL/IELTS) and timelines.

• Provide end-to-end support on the visa process, including mock interviews and documentation.

• Stay updated with US university admission criteria, application deadlines, and visa regulations.

• Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress.

• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and university representatives.

• Participate in seminars, workshops, and outreach events as needed.

Working Hours Note:

This role requires flexibility to work in evening or night shifts to cater to students and stakeholders in the U.S. time zone. Candidates comfortable with late hours will be preferred.
