About the Role

This is not an IT Recruiter role. We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who will focus on client acquisition and business generation, not on sourcing candidates or managing job portals.

We are not looking for candidates who:

●      Update resumes or visa details on behalf of bench employees.

●      Apply to domestic or international job portals (e.g., UK/US-based platforms) on behalf of developers.

●      Act as proxy recruiters by submitting profiles without client interaction.

●      Focus only on internal coordination without client-facing responsibilities.

●      Depend solely on job boards or databases for leads rather than proactive business development.

●      Prioritize internal candidate placement over external client acquisition.

●      Lack experience in direct B2B client engagement and consultative selling.

●      Are unfamiliar with the IT services or staff augmentation ecosystem.

●      Work only in support roles without ownership of sales targets or revenue generation.

What We Need

We are seeking a proactive and client-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) who can take full ownership of the sales cycle—from lead generation to closing staffing deals. This role is focused entirely on business generation, not on recruitment operations.

The ideal candidate will:

●      Connect directly with client companies (domestic & international) that are hiring remote IT professionals

(Developers, QA, DevOps, etc.) — with resources based only in India.

●      Pitch pre-vetted bench resources in line with client expectations and close successful staffing engagements.

●      Build long-term consultative relationships with decision-makers and hiring managers.

●      Drive outbound sales through LinkedIn, emails, and calls to generate qualified leads and book meetings.

●      Understand detailed client requirements, including skillsets, hiring models (contract/full-time), project timelines, and team size.

●      Effectively present and position bench talent across technologies, demonstrating the value they bring to the client's project.

●      Collaborate with internal delivery and bench management teams to ensure timely resource onboarding and smooth client coordination.

●      Maintain a clean and updated sales pipeline, document client conversations, feedback, and status in CRM tools.

●      Bring a solution-selling mindset to address specific client pain points with tailored staffing solutions.

Must-Have Qualifications

●      2–4 years of proven B2B sales experience in the IT services or staff augmentation industry (Domestic or International).

●      Strong understanding of technology roles,

●      Experience in selling remote developer services or contract staffing solutions (not just lead support).

●      Demonstrated success in consultative sales, client handling, and revenue growth.

●      Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.

●      Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
