We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager – CASA to join our dynamic retail banking team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing new current and savings accounts, building strong client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Acquire new CASA customers through direct sales and field visits.
Manage existing portfolio to enhance CASA book and cross-sell other retail banking products.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and referral sources.
Maintain customer service standards by resolving issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and audit guidelines.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for CASA and related banking products.
Conduct client onboarding, documentation, and KYC processes effectively.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings to identify areas for improvement.
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
2–6 years of experience in CASA acquisition or sales in the banking/financial sector.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and ability to work under pressure.
Fluency in English and local language (Telugu) preferred.
